The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital products (e.g., e-books, software, digital codes) cannot be returned due to their nature.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse are not eligible.

Ship the Item: Once instructed, please ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you will be responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs & Exceptions
