This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping practices for all orders placed on Snapcart.lifestyle. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, reliable, and positive shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following information carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time it takes us to prepare your item(s) for shipment.
Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods or for made-to-order items. Any specific processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders below this amount will incur a calculated shipping fee.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Snapcart.lifestyle.
3. International Shipping
Available Destinations: We currently ship to a select list of countries. At checkout, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your location. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions.
Shipping Costs & Import Duties: International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is solely responsible for paying these charges. Snapcart.lifestyle has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be.
Delivery Time: International delivery times vary significantly by destination and can take between 10 to 30 business days. Please be aware that customs clearance can cause delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@snapcart.lifestyle. We will cover the return shipping costs for orders that are our error.
Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item for approved exchanges.
Return Address: Please contact us for the correct return address authorization. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Snapcart.lifestyle is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and secure. If a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will file a claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue.
